How long does shipping take?+
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day. Once dispatched, UK deliveries arrive within 2–4 business days with Royal Mail, depending on the service and local delivery conditions. Please note, international delivery times may vary.
Is Glass Gloss sticky?+
Nope. Glass Gloss has a smooth, glossy feel designed to give you that glass-like shine without the uncomfortable sticky finish.
Can I return or exchange my gloss?+
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns or exchanges on opened lip products. If your order arrives damaged or there's an issue with it, contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp within 2 days of receiving your order and we'll help sort it.
Do you ship internationally?+
International orders are available on request. Contact us and we'll confirm available delivery options and pricing for your location.
